Testing Information 2023-2024
Effective Monday, February 14, 2022, the use of facial coverings by adults will no longer be mandatory in District facilities. While not required, mask usage will continue to be encouraged for all students, employees, volunteers, contractors, and visitors. M-DCPS will continue to follow science, consult with our medical experts, and review our protocols on a weekly basis to identify opportunities for further adjustments of COVID-19 protocols.
ACT
Students wanting to register for the ACT exam must register through the following website: https://www.act.org/content/act/en.html

Parking for Saturday exams is located at the front of the school, on the eastern most parking lot (closest to canal). Entrance will be shown with a posted sign.
ACT NCR (Non College Reportable – In school)
- Testing window is from October 31 – November 10, 2023
- All 11th and 12th grade students in need of concordant graduation scores in English Language Arts and/or Mathematics can take this exam.
- The fee for this exam is $38.50, paid by the school District.
- All students will receive extended time in this examination.
Additional information regarding this exam will be sent to 11th and 12th grade students via school email.

Non-College Reportable
- October 26, 2023
- Only 12th grade students in need of concordant graduation scores in English Language Arts and/or Mathematics can take this exam.
- To order the exam, students must pay $31.68 through OSP.

College Reportable (TBD)
Digital exam: The SAT SD will be administered within the testing window of March 4 – March 21.
- All students in 11th grade take this exam, the test is paid by the FLDOE.
- 12th grade students who wish to take this exam must pay $31.68 through OSP.

PSAT/NMSQT
All 10th grade students take this exam. 11th grade students that choose to take this exam are considered for the National Merit Scholarship.

Test Day (school-day): Digital Exam
The PSAT/NMSQT will be administered at our school from October 16 until October 27. The exam will be done online through our computer labs.
- All 10th grade students must take the exam, paid for by the State of Florida
- All 12th graders that need a mathematics concordant score for graduation must take the exam, paid for by the MDCPS District
- All 9th graders that want to take the exam, must pay $12.70 through OSP before September 8, 2023
- All 11th graders that want to take the exam, must pay $10.10 through OSP before September 8, 2023
Specific information about room numbers and times will be provided to students taking the exam through their school email.
